2. Online Ordering and Services

We offer pickup and delivery through third-party platforms including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Orders.co. You may also purchase gift cards and merchandise through our website or affiliated links.

Menu items, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Services are currently available within the United States.

3. Accounts (Optional)

While account creation is not currently required, any future account features will require users to provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payment & Pricing

Payments for food, merchandise, and gift cards are processed through third-party platforms. LA Spud Guys does not collect or store payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes, service fees, and delivery costs.

Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup is available at our Studio City location during designated hours. Delivery is facilitated by third-party services and subject to their terms, availability, and coverage areas.

We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or policies of third-party providers, including delays, service quality, or incorrect order fulfillment.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All food sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Merchandise and gift cards are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Order cancellations must be handled through the third-party platform where the order was placed.

7. Gift Cards & Merchandise

Gift cards, if available, may only be used at participating locations or online as specified. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Merchandise descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee exact color, sizing, or style.

8. Allergen and Food Safety Disclaimer

Our food is prepared in kitchens where allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish may be present. Cross-contact is possible, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

Please contact us before ordering if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies.

By tagging @laspudguys or using hashtags such as #laspudguys in publicly viewable content, you grant LA Spud Guys LLC the right to repost, share, or use your content on social media, websites, and other marketing materials, with credit where appropriate.

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive order updates and occasional promotional content via SMS or email. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
